On January 5th, the Three Kings Melchior, Caspar and Balthazar finally arrive in Ibi together with their entourages and with everything needed to deliver their gifts to all the young people who have been well behaved throughout the year.

But before delivering the presents through all the streets of our town, as is required and commanded by the tradition recorded in the Gospels, the Three Wise Men have to pay their respect and also present their gifts of gold, incense and myrrh to the baby Jesus. Guided by the Star of Bethlehem, and after having received an audience with King Herod, they come to the Christmas crib and from there they order their helpers to start giving out the presents.

Once they have fulfilled their obligations, they can start their tour through the main streets of Ibi with their floats and their guards, while their helpers distribute the packages, climbing up and down to all the balconies in the town on ladders.
